52. Talk about your exercise habits
My colleagues usually go to Ayala Triangle for a jog. I never go with them because if I have to do something for myself I got to focus on myself alone and that includes exercising. Since I am thin but still must exercise, I barely do cardiovascular exercises like running. So what I do is lift weights.
I never wanted to bulk up because I don’t find them normal. I’m sorry to all the bears out there but yeah, it brings me nightmares. I just wanted to look firm and not ridiculously thin, be proportionately as possible. Because I am short, beefing up would be the last thing in my mind on how to take care of how would I look.
As to how I do it, I drink a lot of water, might as well ingest protein and carbo enriched food before doing the exercises. After a couple of warming up, I do 8 repetitions of 3 sets per workout. I focus more on my arms because I really do have thin arms, thinner than my lady colleagues` it leaves them dumbfounded. And also the legs and buttocks, so, that would be a lot of squats :)))))). I actually downloaded an app for it just to have ideas on what routines should I perform, just for reference. Then after that I indulge myself again with protein (I feel you, rolling eyes over here also) usually consists of 3 slices of bread (13 grams of protein), a can of corned beef (17 grams I think), eggs (prolly 6 grams), and soy milk (that would be like 9 grams). And then lots of sleep afterwards.
Anyway, I’m lazy to move around so GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. :)))))))))))))
